Terms of Use

By using PreparandoFinal (preparandofinal.com), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the service.

PreparandoFinal is a free tool for studying with the Pomodoro technique and organizing university study plans. You can use it without creating an account. Shared sessions don't require an account either: you join with the link and the access code someone shares with you.

The service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee continuous availability, data accuracy or that real-time sessions won't be interrupted by causes outside our control (connectivity, external providers, maintenance).

The service is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you're under 13, you can't use PreparandoFinal. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

You're responsible for the content you write in the chat and notes of shared sessions. It's forbidden to publish:

• Illegal content, threats, harassment, discrimination or incitement to hatred.
• Personal data of third parties without their consent (full names, phone numbers, addresses, documents).
• Malicious links, spam or unsolicited advertising.
• Sexually explicit content or content directed at minors.

Session chat is ephemeral: it's erased when the room closes and isn't stored on our servers. Notes in private rooms are stored temporarily (up to 48 hours after the last activity) and are automatically deleted.

Public rooms are visible to anyone using the site: don't share personal information in them. Their content (chat and notes) isn't stored. If you find inappropriate behavior, you can report it by writing to [email protected]. We may close rooms that break these rules.

Private rooms are a shared space between people who know each other: content published by participants is visible to the other room members and can be copied by them. Treat private sessions as group conversations, not confidential channels.

The 6-digit code of a private room works as an access key: share it only with the people you want to join. Attempts to guess codes are rate-limited for security, but we can't prevent someone with the link and the code from sharing the information in turn.

The site, its design, original text and code belong to PreparandoFinal. You may use the service to study, but not copy or resell the site. The study plans and notes you create belong to you. Any study plans or corrections you voluntarily contribute to the community are shared openly and free of charge for the benefit of other students.

PreparandoFinal isn't liable for loss of study data (local data is stored in your browser and can be lost when clearing browsing data), for service interruptions or for the behavior of other users in shared sessions. Use the service at your own risk.

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is the one published on this page. Last updated: September 2026.
